Beware the Violet with sticker.jpg

Upper Young Adult/Paranormal Fantasy

Discovering supernatural creatures are real is one thing, but learning I have powers and learning to use them is quite a feat.

My name is Violet Webb. I live in a small town that nearly worships Halloween, but I hate it. I can't wait until I graduate and get as far as I can from that silliness.

Everything changed when I followed the white rabbit. I ended up in a Realm full of vampires, fairies, witches and every creature possible.

Oh, Did I mention Jacques?

The hot shapeshifter with the French accent that makes me see rabbits everywhere?

Now what?

Some bloody lady of Fate gave me a prophecy to get home. The only problem is that I must defeat the darkness before it swallows both of our worlds.

Can I go through without making the ultimate sacrifice?

If you liked Halloween Town, you’ll be hooked!

Available in ebook, on multiple retailers and Paperback.

Maria Vermisoglou delivers a fun and energetic read about an ordinary girl drawn into this extraordinary world where Halloween is brought to life. The characters she encounters are a variety of delightful sorts and quirky personalities with a few that become her allies. The alluring and French-accented Jacques has a feisty personality and an instant connection to Violet that captivates her. Jacques and Violet have some friction between them as they navigate their connection, which is him acting as a guide and teacher that helps her with learning control of her powers. The two have a genuine dynamic with sweet and flirty moments while also providing a fun source of drama.

I loved this book so much that I read it twice. Totally outstanding, with plot and characters coming together to make a perfect story ~Editorial review

Loveable and relatable characters with incredible world-building. I loved, loved, loved this one. Definitely a re-read for me. ~Dark Raven Reviews

5 CRANKY STARS
This book came to my hands just before Halloween and it’s about Halloween so how could I give it anything but 5 stars. It has all my favorite characters in it, fairies, pixies, witches, shifters, and monsters. When I first started it, it sounded like a take on “Alice in Wonderland” but it is way better than that fairytale. Although, who doesn’t love the white rabbit. And, really, a town that has a whole festival for Halloween to attract tourists, perfect. ~Cranky - The Book Curmudgeon
